This week The Baddadz will be at Stan’s American Bistro on Friday with Loyd Bohlinger on drums starting at 8 pm. On Saturday we’ll be doing a special event at Froggie’s. The band starts at 7 pm, and we’ll be joined for our first set by Johnny Bland, and our second and third sets will be with Robbie House.
We had a super-star lineup of guests this week at The Thirsty Camel and Jerry’s. On Thursday, we were visited by Barry Scott, Norman Harrell and David King. Norman joined us for three songs. On Friday Yogi Bryan, JD Silvia and Lee Spicer all turned up and all sat in with us. Add to that, Robbie House and Loyd Bohlinger and I swear I don’t think I’ve ever been surrounded by that much talent! Thanks to everyone that shared these two very magical nights with us – we’ll see you next week in Portsmouth at The Barrel II.
The Baddadz return to The Thirsty Camel this week after a long time away, this Thursday, March 12 at 8 p.m.. It’s still two for the price of one steak night, so bring your appetite! The line-up for The Camel this week is Robbie House, Michael Monahan, Dave Greene and John Fautheree. On Friday we’ll be at Jerry’s in Chesapeake at 9 p.m. with Loyd Bohlinger sitting in on drums.
We had a great time at Jerry’s this past weekend, and now it’s time to head back to Virginia Beach. We’ll be there for two shows this weekend – on Friday we’re at Froggie’s Cantina starting at 8:30 p.m., and on Saturday we’ll be at Stan’s Bistro starting at 8:00 p.m. Thanks to Stephen Sloop from Meona for the photos!
The Baddadz return to Jerry’s in Chesapeake this Friday, February 13, starting at 9 PM. This will be our first time playing there with Loyd Bohlinger on drums – if you haven’t heard us with Loyd yet, you really are in for a treat, he’s simply one of the best in the area on percussion.
In other band news, The Baddadz will be returning to The Thirsty Camel in Norfolk one Thursday a month, beginning on Thursday, March 12. Two for One Steak night was just too good to pass up on! We’re looking forward to seeing Denise and all our Ocean View friends at The Camel again.
